Leadership Series Of Thoughts……………………………………
1.          Leaders………the real ones don’t ever try at all to “micromanage” the affairs of the organization. Minimizing the elements of day to day interference in the ongoing processes is akin to injecting purer O2….. in the organization.
2.       The world revolves around “the purpose” which is supposedly the most mighty Motivator.
3.       The Leader’s Primary Task is to Motivate His People to Believe in the Excitement about at least one compelling cause to work towards bringing in meaningful changes in the lives of all the stake holders.
4.       The Rudimentary Wisdom inherent in all “followership” is on one hand honed by the fundamentals of TRUE “leadership” and on the other thrives on fascinated followership.
5.       Visionary Leaders are those who inherently know how to liberate the “latent talent” of the people and HELP them manifest the same for the “Ultimate Good” of the organization.

The Second Lot.




1.       The Ultimate but not so uphill task of any Laudable Leader with Vision is to bring about “transformational dignity and honour” in the lives of the people who He/She bosses/leads by directing them to derive the highest QUANTUM of satisfaction from the jobs they have been engaged in.
2.       A really GOOD Leader knows how to “ritualize wisdom” so as to positivize his/her intentions to get “translated” into tangible results.
